4141 Veterans Blvd is 38,000 square foot two building office property located on a high traffic corridor in Metairie, Louisiana. 4141 was purchased in August of 2007 for $3.2 million. After acquisition, renovations on the interior and exterior began. In addition, a complete build out of the third floor commenced. Upon completion, Property One made the third floor its home for our New Orleans headquarters. PPQ sold 4141 Veterans Blvd in 2018 for $4.6 million.
