LLOG Exploration, a Gulf Coast oil and gas company, hired PPQ Developments to build their corporate headquarters in Covington, Louisiana. We broke ground in 2008 on the 23.50-acre site which includes a 100,000 square foot office building and a 52,000 square foot tennis club and spa. Total development cost for the project came to $49 million. Construction was completed in early 2009. The office building is a 100,000 square foot four story Class A building with a two-story conference wing. The athletic club contains 15 state-of –the-art tennis courts, a 25-meter lap pool, a recreation pool, a basketball court, a full-service spa, a restaurant, and an outdoor bar and grill. The club accommodates LLOG employees as well as the general public. Both the office building and the athletic club are in a class of their own in this market.
